Payment and Invoicing:

1.1. All advertising rates and fees are subject to change and will be as agreed upon at the time of booking.

1.2. Invoices will be issued and payment is due as specified in the invoice. Ad space will only be reserved upon receipt of payment if not booked through our website.

Ad Content and Design:

2.1. Advertisers are responsible for providing ad content in the required format by the specified deadline.

2.2. The quality, content, and design of the ad are the sole responsibility of the advertiser. "Amateur Arena" may offer ad creation services, if applicable, and any such services will be subject to separate terms.

Ad Placement:

3.1. Placement of ads within the magazine will be determined by "Amateur Arena" and is subject to availability.

3.2. Requests for specific ad placement will be considered but are not guaranteed.

3.3. The magazine reserves the right to adjust the placement of ads to optimize the publication's design and layout.

Cancellation and Refunds:

4.1. Cancellations must be made in writing and received by "Amateur Arena" by the specified deadline. Refund policies, if applicable, will be outlined in the advertising contract.

4.2. No refunds will be issued for ads that have already been published.

Rejection or Removal of Ads:

5.1. "Amateur Arena" reserves the right to reject or remove any ad that does not comply with our editorial guidelines or is deemed inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of any laws or regulations.

5.2. In the event of rejection or removal, advertisers will be provided with a pro-rated refund, if applicable.

Copyright and Intellectual Property:

6.1. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their ads do not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights. Advertisers grant "Amateur Arena" the right to reproduce, distribute, and display their ads.

Liability:

7.1. "Amateur Arena" is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense resulting from errors or omissions in published ads.

7.2. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their ad content and design.

Indemnity:

8.1. Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold "Amateur Arena" harmless against any claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from the publication of their ads.

Governing Law:

9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ohio.

Amendment and Termination:

10.1. "Amateur Arena" reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Advertisers will be notified of any changes.

10.2. "Amateur Arena" reserves the right to terminate advertising agreements for any reason with notice.
